Culvert Replacement in Stoughton, MA

EP designed and oversaw the replacement of a deteriorating stone box culvert in Stoughton, MA. The culvert headwall had partially collapsed and the stone blocks of the culvert had settled to create a sag in the roadway. The culvert crossing was replaced with a pre-cast concrete box culvert. The new culvert was embedded to provide a natural streambed bottom, meet MA Stream Crossing Standards, and improve stream flow.
