Mark is a Senior Project Engineer at Environmental Partners with 6 years of experience in the Traffic & Transportation field. Specializing in roadway design and plan production using AutoCAD Civil 3D modeling, his project experience includes federal, state, and local design projects, complete streets design, traffic management plans, project estimating, and construction administration.
A graduate of Syracuse University, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2018. Additionally, Mark is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
